• Single sessions: 24+ hours notice for full refund
• Programs: Within 7 days, minus 15% fee; after 7 days at my discretion
• Digital products: Non-refundable once accessed

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Harass or discriminate against others
• Impersonate anyone
• Upload viruses or malicious code
• Attempt unauthorized access
